Since we just had a thread on the meaning of "Race Among The Ruins", I was wondering if anyone could help me decipher the meaning of "Cold on the Shoulder". It's always puzzled me. Thanks for any replies.

Well it just means when you order a pork shoulder from the butcher,it should be cold! LOL!! :D :D
