Did anyone see Elton John on "Inside the Actors Studio" on Bravo over this past weekend?
It was an excellant show...Elton John is a master of the piano. What I didn't know is that Bernie Taupin writes all the lyrics and EJ puts them to music. All I can say is "WOW". What a pair of geniuses!

For anyone in the NYC area, there's an upcoming Broadway show called Lestat, inspired by Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, with music and lyrics by Elton John and Bernie Taupin. Tickets are available to American Express Gold Card holders for the previews and shows (sales to the public begin 11/12). Previews begin on March 11; unfortunately, I'll be in CO then, but I'll try to catch it over the summer.
