Another Rosedale home.
This pic was taken by my sister on Oct 15th, 1990. They were on a trip to Toronto, and I had ask her if they would go to Rosedale to get some nice pics of homes there. Her husband had lived in TO for some time and I knew he would know how to get to Rosedale. At that time I only new Gord lived in a Spacious 100 years + old Sprawling Victorian Mansion. Didn't new the number or name of his street. She brought back severals photos, but this one always peeked my curiosity.
I had seen the outside of his house in the beginning of Marylyn Mackay's interview she did w/ Gord. In 1981, me and my brother, and a friend were in Kitchener, Ont. visiting relatives, and one day we went to Toronto, Yonge Street, CN Tower, and of course I had the map of TO on my lap, telling my brother how to go in to Rosedale. :biggrin:But in 1981, I only knew he lived in Rosedale. No street addresse nothing, so we may have gone right pass his mansion, we'll never know. Anyway end of story, as I dont think the house on the pic was his...:) Char what do you think?:) |

Re: Another Rosedale home.
I don't think so..there are several homes in Rosedale that have turrets like 5 Beaumont.

Than you very much Charlady, that's what I figured. I wish there was a pic of that mansion, from the end of the drive way. That's how I saw it on Marylyn Mackays interview, at the very begining. Anyway thanks again.:)
