Re: Dylan Cormier
Very very nice renditions..nice to see a young 'un sing and play the Lightfoot tunes so beautifully.
;) |
Re: Dylan Cormier
He comes by his love of Lightfoot naturally. He is Canadian, and the nephew of JP Cormier ... (I checked into it because he looks like JP). There's a Home From The Forest video as well; maybe more, I didn't do a search ...

Re: Dylan Cormier
I thought he was a relative-sounds like JP too.
Cormier's are all over the east coast.. lol the second link JJ posted is Home From the Forest. |

Re: Dylan Cormier
Hey Dylan! Thanks for posting such a lovely version of IYCRMM! Hope all is well with you.
|
Re: Dylan Cormier
There must be great listeners after you...

Re: Dylan Cormier
That was just beautiful, Dylan! IYCRMM is one of those songs that I never get tired of listening to, and never get tired of playing. It's also a song that everyone seems to know. I've played it many times, at several different places, and often find there's someone in the audience quietly singing along. I think that song will be remembered for hundreds of years.
What kind on guitar are you playing? It sounds great! Cathy |
