Love that in pic 137 he has a denim shirt on in a pic taken in 1970 and the same shirt sans sleeves turns up as a vest in the BBC4 video of IYCRMM of 1972 that was posted the other day...he was all about re-use and recycle back then! lol

Wow . . . what an impressive collection, especially the folder with the old photos. 204 of them and definitely worth a look for any who haven't. Some were familiar, but there were many I'd never seen before.

Besides often wearing the same outfits, here are a few thoughts I had while looking at the pix:

- he's smiling in some, but for the most part, Gord just does not look to me like a guy who's very happy. That's doesn't seem the case these days.

- in so many of the off stage pictures, he has a drink and or a smoke in hand. Also not something you're likely to see in a photo these days.

- how fantastic would it have been to see him perform at the Riverboat or Nickelodeon (on drums!).

- I would be so great to see him do even one of the piano tunes at Massey again.

OK, you take photo 137, I'll take 139. What else can one buy with $100,000.00 these days, anyway, lol! (I was reading the zeros correctly, wasn't I?)

I can't swear to it,but I don't THINK its Brita.I'm fairly certain Brita was a blond. What a great bunch of photos.
I'll have to look at them more closely later,or I'll never get to sleep to night.

it could be...i don't know if gals changed hair colour a lot in those days, but i understand that she was a brunette

use search and then FIND..new page opens - select concert series, then SELECT ALL.. should open...
