great line:)

oh my...last time i had a bug i didnt' even realize it but i wasn't drinking coffee or tea, just moaning and resting....then after a few days my bug seemed clear but i had a huge temple headache...someone said it might be caffeine withdrawal...so i had a cup and voila, headache gone...i wonder how many days that headache would have lasted if i kept the streak alive

good luck, most tell me they eventually find new natural energy when they get off it:)

Re: Lunar/Solstice eclipse

I drank 2 cups of decaf in the a.m. only.
I felt 'off' (moreso than usual) for about 5 days..No headaches but not much of an appetite..Altho that did not stop me from eating.
lol
I was feeling good again by Sunday...back to drinking decaf green tea now.
