Recognize anyone else James? I don't know the name of the curly haired guy with glasses besidea Anka's elbow....

last night i was viewing on a small iphone screen but now i know who you mean...i would say that is Tim Bachman from BTO

could have been falsely accused but apparently got into some 'touching' trouble

there are some others i recognize that i can put a name to

who is with Gord, Brita? who is next to Bachman? and next to Connors?


btw, at my jr high prom that same year, i wore the same sized lapels on my casual suit that Bachman is wearing

the next year both Lighthouse and the Stampeders played my high school...fun

btw, this is the album cover that came to mind immediately and help me zero in...i never owned it but a friend played it a lot and i was always leafing through the 'cardboard'

...Fred Turner (top right) can still lays down some good harmonies and can rock, last year's Grey Cup was proof

Don't know if that was Brita-I think she was blonde..
I recall those big lapels on the jackets..quite the look!with wide flared pants..oh yeah!

This was first televised Juno award show I think.. They used to be dinner/drinks affair and everyone was busy talking and not paying attention to the speakers/awards being handed out so they went to this new format and televised it. The last few years it's been a whole week of JUNO related events, concerts, hockey game, songwriters circle etc.
