i was able to save it. just right click and save image as....

there is likely a Print Screen key on your keyboard...press it then go to Paint or whatever and paste what you've captured from the clipboard...save as .jpg, etc

I get a copy right message and can't right click/save as I usually do..he has a notice saying he has disabled the ability to download his pictures..
