Lightfoot played on the radio.. according to my ears!. during the '70s at 7'. ok, it was only Sundown, but still, its a rarity here!

It's been ages since I've heard one too, not 14 but maybe 5 years? And of course it was Sundown.

I'm glad you finally heard Gord on Australian radio again after 1-and-a-half decades. Over that period, I've heard him about half-a-dozen times, but only IYCRMM and Sundown. The only other Lightfoot songs I've heard on radio are TWOTEF (in 1986) and Anything For Love (in 1987), but a friend heard Carefree Highway in the 1970s.

By the way, which Melbourne radio station has the "70s at 7" show? I'd like to listen in some time.

Gold FM, dave. 104.3. 80s at 8 is about to start now!. last time was overnight on 3AK on a hot sleepness night.

I hear him all the time on several channels on Sirius.
