I recall the last Indigo fan event/interview. This has a similar sounding vibe.

awesome TG! I didn't head down as I'd already had my copies signed at the book launch and it was only a one hour event with a lot of rules!
lol
thanks for the pics!

I was looking for you but you were nowhere to be found LOL. It was rather uneventful, but I did catch on the video I will shortly upload Lightfoot saying thanks and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas at the end of the evening. I too got my book previously and didn't make it into the lineup.

Re: LIGHTFOOT & JENNINGS AT INDIGO books-toronto

I enjoyed attending the book signing on Dec. 4 at the Indigo Bay & Bloor.

For a few years in the mid-1990s, I played indoor soccer with Nick Jennings once per week. Until Dec. 4, I hadn't seen Nick for about 20 years. I thanked Nick for writing Lightfoot.

During my brief conversation with Gordon Lightfoot at the book signing, I mentioned (as I have mentioned to GL before during other brief conversations with him in the past) that my three favourite composers are Handel, Mozart and Lightfoot. GL told me that he had recently watched the movie Amadeus. (The film Amadeus is a fictionalized biography of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. It won the 1984 Academy Award for Best Picture (which was presented in March 1985).)

You're welcome! And I have to watch Amadeus myself; the DVD is sitting on a bookshelf but I haven't watched it yet.
