OK I cannot let this one slip by, and must post a few comments here.

WILLIE & GORDON!!! The only thing better than that photo would be me in the middle. They are MY 2 GUYS! I have loved Willie even longer than I have loved Gord, although I now love them both equally. I am always on the look-out for Willie Concerts, and in fact last 4th of July (2006) my husband and I flew to Texas for the sole reason of attending Willie's 4th of July picnic. Some of you may remember my previous posts about that event and my love for Willie.

Anyhoo, regarding the photo and where and when it was taken. It could have just been something dug up from archives that was used to go along with the story of Gord & family visiting Willie & family at Willie's recent concert in Toronto. I agree that it is a bit deceiving, but TV newscasts do it all the time.

With regard to the whole senior member/junior member thing. I was very pleased to see that I am a senior member, although I am certainly not in the same class of characters as Char, Cathy, John, etc. However, if one's member status were based on the degree of love, affection and respect felt for Gordon Lightfoot, then I would humbly accept the honor of being considered a Senior Member on Corfid.
