I'm within days of my 48th birthday. When I was 14 I started playing the guitar and if asked back then, what famous person I wanted to meet, my answer would have been ........ Gordon Lightfoot. And now, my 14 year old son is playing the guitar and one of the highlights of his young life was meeting a famous person ....... Gordon Lightfoot. Who says history doesn't repeat itself? We are all blessed to have had The Man with us, and composing, and performing for all these years.
