I beating this to death......but it's driving me nuts. I don't understand why the overtime loss is not included in the loss column.

I could see this happening :

Team A loses all 82 games in overtime : Their record would be :

0-0 (82 points)

Team B has no overtime losses and finishes the season

40-42 (80 points)

It's madness.
