I don't imagine IMHO that he would ever do that for the simple reason that he would then lose control over what would be done with it-changes to the music/lyrics, use in videos-all kinds of things he would have no say in.

And he, possibly at this stage in life doesn't want the chaos and headaches of trying to keep track of it all and possibly have to fight any legal battles.

just my thoughts of course..

but is sure would be nice....
