Well said, Charlene. Yes, GL has indeed earned the love and respect of us all. I first heard his music in the early 70's from my guitar playing older brother who played Gordon's tunes and brought Lightfoot LPs into the house, and I happily continue to hear it played by my guitar playing 14 year old son! Aside from the great music, I think we all also appreciate the way that GL has carried himself throughout his career with such humility and class. Press on!
