I knew I'd get beat to mentioning this topic.

I can't believe it's been a year again since the last anniversary. I can't say I knew of the actual wreck when it occoured,since I was just 7 at the time, but was surprised to find out it was an actual event after I did hear the song.

I thought it was a very creative thing Gordon had come up with himself. Which it is and as always it will remain a grand tribute to the men on that ship that should not be forgotten. Anymore than we should for get those that fight in a war or serve in the military.


Now,not to make light of the subject but I was watching the news early this morning and noticed that actor Russell Johnson (The Professor Roy Hinkley on G's Island,turned 80 today. That means in '75,on his 51st birthday,The Fitzgerald sank! (Hmmm...one man who has something to do with a fictional wreck and a real one!! Coincidence???

Again,no offense or bad humor intended,just happened to see that! Later
