Well your choice is non-stop via Air Canada, or connections via US carriers. I'll write you offline, but I found a good choice on US carriers if you can get to the airport at the break of dawn - it's via Boston, definitely a LOT better than going to NYC (which will include a bus transfer between two airports). You'll be in Saratoga before noon (and I'll pick you up, of course). That's if you are uneasy about Air Canada's future ...
