It wasn't Jesse-Joe or his not moving to the States that was commented on. Not that I quite understand the relevence to the topic, but Jesse-Joe was quoting a conversation between Lightfoot and some unknown individual about why Lightfoot never moved to the states (although, Jesse-Joe, if I'm not mistaken, Lightfoot did live here for some period of time years ago)
