Every now & then when Canada gets brought up on any talk show,they usually put Gordon Lightfoot in their monolouge.

Funny were mentioning Paul Schaffer because i was 'cross town yesterday at one of my many used record store stops & I saw a 12inch vinyl single of Paul's lone 80's solo release,"When The Radio's On".

Tempted to buy it but in recent months,I'm more into collecting the top 40 hits of,well,just about anybody! Rather than the rare oddities like that one.

By the way,anyone recall Paul's short lived CBS sitcom in the late 70's called,"A Year At The Top" (?) He and Greg Evigan play two musicians who sell their souls to become rich,famous rock stars.

Anyone? :D
