I would guess an Endless Wire is a reference to having an open-minded thought process that is uninfluenced by say,self-censorship or the opinions and actions of others. It's the same as saying your heart is an open book or that you are a free spirit. The wire could be like the spools of wire that get connected to "power poles",(for lack of a better name.) Hope that helps.
