I'm rather embarassed to say that it took a few thousands listens before I realized "Bend in the Water" wasn't about fishing. I struck me one night when I was baking and had the music on in the background, "Hey, wait a minute. Fishing pole, fishing hole. Hey, he's not talking about fishing."
I don't know how funny this line is, but everytime I hear it I think, "A woman could never write this."
