thanks for the welcome everyone! well Silverheels, i dont know where to begin...i guess my love affair with Gordon Lightfoots music began in high school...and 30 years later I'm still in love with it. I just remember that his words and guitar touched me like no other, and gave me something to hold on to during some trying times. I honestly dont remember the 1st song i'd ever heard of his, (many an altered state back then with lack of memory of somethings!!!!!!!!! ) But all it took was one song and it hooked me. My sister soon came on board and has been my show companion ever since. We anxiousy await any new release by he and the band. And like you all, he is simply Gordon to me,.. like an old friend.
